  • Ammunition and Firearm-Related Products: Once ammunition or firearm-related items leave our facility, they cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and regulatory reasons. This includes unopened packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All ammunition, clearance items, and products modified or altered in any way are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund. We reserve the right to request the return of damaged or defective items for inspection before issuing a resolution.
  • Shipping Claims: For items damaged during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Items

  • Notification: If you receive incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect items and promptly send the correct items.

Lost Shipments

  • For lost packages, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation as best as possible.

Customer Responsibility

  • Order Accuracy: Please ensure the correct product, caliber, and quantity are selected before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed.
  • Storage Conditions: Panther Ammo is not responsible for product quality if storage conditions after delivery do not meet recommended guidelines.
